Delivery

Couriers will be keeping a distance of 2 metre and not asking you to sign scanners and in some cases are leaving items in porches or on doorsteps.

Delay Dates: We will try our best to hit a specific date if you have asked us to, but we can't guarantee it as once the beer leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of our couriers. Please note we cannot deliver on weekends or bank holidays, so if you select them we will send the item to arrive a day or 2 before. The volume in the courier network is so high at the moment, items occasionally take a day longer than we would hope. We may send it the day before to give a bit of contingency.

Standard UK Mainland delivery : Free

Express 1-2 Working days UK Mainland delivery : £3.00 (we dispatch same day if ordered before 5pm when express is selected)

UK Mainland Deliveries

We love getting your beer to you as quickly as possible so 95% of items are sent to be with you within 3 days. If you want it quicker just choose the express option and order by 5pm.

We ship Monday to Friday so if you place a next day order on a Saturday or Sunday it will be shipped on Monday and arrive on the Tuesday

As express delivery is working days, when we ship on a Friday it will arrive on the following Monday 

If there is no-one at home but there is a safe place eg a porch, the courier will usually leave the parcel there.

 

Delaying Shipping: We are sometimes asked to delay an order and have it arrive closer to a particular date or occasion. To achieve this we hold the order back and process it the day before you have asked for it to be delivered. This ensures you always get the freshest stock.  Please note we cannot deliver on weekends or bank holidays, so if you select them we will send the item to arrive a day or two before.

Deliveries are normally Monday to Friday, and if you specify a date that's at the weekend then we will either deliver on the Friday before or the Monday after, our couriers also do not as standard deliver on weekends, so if you place an order for next day delivery on a Friday, it will not be delivered until Monday.

Some remote locations eg Highlands & Islands do incur an additional charge dependent on postcode. This will be calculated based on your postcode and shown at the checkout. The courier will leave somewhere safe or with a neighbour. Just provide some instructions for us at the checkout in the Delivery Instruction section.
